| My name is Peter Taylor I am the MD of my new property
investment company (previously having dealt with stock market investment).The
reason for the email is I am looking to build a 15 villa gated community.
I have the land on the Bukit Bali, architect designs are complete
and the paperwork for the license is in for the show villa.The issue
I have is that I am already having some issues with the partner/contractor,
and this is before we even begin. But I am looking to begin building
in the next month.Three bed villas are 390sqm built up and the 4 bed
412sqm. There is some filling to do due to the gradient of the land.

building, we charge minimum IDR 3,5
million per sqm.it is including building structure (wall and frame),
mechanical and
electrical engineer, plumbing system. exclude : hardwares, sanitary,
some
natural stone material for finishing. this price is depend on the
material such as, wood, natural stone. It is easier for me to make
a calculation of the building when you send me
soft drawing ( paper work ) immediately. Just for your information,

Terima kasih atas tawaran yang ibu berikan kepada BaliProperty
untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam tender,
sebelumnya saya mohon maaf karena baru hari ini bisa balas email
Besar harapan kami, sebagai kontraktor di bali untuk ikut menuangkan
ide pada Villa yang Ibu rencanakan.
Berikut Draft Planning yang akan kami lakukan :
1. Perencanaan Design
Kemungkinan kami akan melakukan assistensi gambar yang telah kami
design
teknisnya, kami akan mengirimkan email sketsa gambar yang telah kami
buat, untuk di revisi sesuai dengan keinginan Ibu
Setelah gambar fix, sesuai dengan keinginan owner maka kami lanjutkan
ketahap berikutnya.
2. Pembuatan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya)
Jadi setelah gambar sudah bisa kami bayangkan bakalan seperti apa
bentuknya, maka kami akan melakukan kalkulasi harga.
3. Penyusunan Proposal
Setalah gambar dan RAB rampung (selesai), baru kami bisa membuat proposal
pengajuan konstruksi Villa.
4. Presentasi
Tahap akhir yang kami akan lakukan adalah melakukan presentasi di
hadapan owner, untuk ikut tender, bersaing dengan kontraktor lain.
